Welcome to the INDENT website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. They exist to keep things clear between us, and we have kept them as plain as possible.

Who we are

INDENT is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Using this site

You may browse this site, share links to it, and use it to learn about INDENT and apply to our programs. You may not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with how it operates, or misrepresent your affiliation with INDENT.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the INDENT name and brand, belongs to INDENT or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written consent. Linking to the site is always welcome.

Applications and submissions

Submitting an application to the Emerging Filmmaker Program does not create any obligation on INDENT's part. Applying does not guarantee an interview, a placement, employment, or any particular outcome. Selection decisions are made at INDENT's discretion through the process described in our application materials.

You retain ownership of the work samples and materials you submit. By submitting them, you give INDENT permission to review, share internally, and discuss those materials for the purpose of evaluating your application. We will not use your submitted creative work for any other purpose without your permission.

Please only submit work you have the right to share.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites, such as social media or partner organizations. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

No warranties

This site is provided as is. We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we make no guarantees that the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Program details, role openings, and dates may change.
